finaly solved it.
for sending you need to build the string like this.
actions/otg/setpoint
where otg correspondend Device identifier: from the settingsscreen within openthem monitor.

Mqtt sending setpoint
Hello,
Can’t send data to my mqtt broker.
What could be wrong.
My setup is:
Pi with openhab2 and mosquito as broker.
For recieving i have the follow topic
States/otg/otg/setpoint, this works perfect
For sending i use
Actions/otg/otg/setpoint
What is wrong, can’t find info on how to use mqtt.
Can’t send data to my mqtt broker.
What could be wrong.

Well at this time there is nothing connected to the otg so there aren't send any signals from the otg to the thermostate or boiler.
I will hook up a computer to log the data packets.

I have a chronotherm 4 connected to my openthermgateway and know the time on the chronotherm is changing several times a day.
Why is this and what can i do to prevent it.
