No, but why go to so much troubles, the ,Milight has a Lan/wifi controller which is supported by Domoticz

No, this cannot be done with this nodejs module without adding the http server code
This python module has a Http server but it is in Python, but can run on Rasp like..

i don't think this is possible, for now everything needs to be activated by the word "Alexa"

I received my vesprino temp/hum and lux sensor
specially the lux sensor is a great addition, also the supported protocols and interfaces are great and can be used for many solutions.
I use of course MQTT :)
