No Connection with P1 module

Hi,
After rooting the connection with the p1 module is lost and i can't get it back on track. Antenna cable is connected oke. I guess... Cable below the display which is connected with the the antenna on the left.
I called with eneco and after seeing i CAN connect when the module is at 1 meter distance but getting zero stars when it's back in the fuse box, she concluded a technician from toon has to login to update zwave. After that i updated toon with TSC but without result.
Do i have to let that fella in?
Any thoughts here?
