interpretation of sensors in HomeAssistant

Hi guys,
I've managed to connect my Toon to HomeAssistant, so i get the sensors in HA. Only thing is i cannot really understand how to interpret these numbers, anybody any experience on that?
I would like to generate the graphs and usage (per day, month and year) in my HomeAssistant with grafana but i guess there needs to be some calculation before i can use the sensor data...
