Touch screen does not work after rooting

Hello all,
I rooted my Toon, but after rooting my touch screen does not function anymore. I can access the uboot menu etc, and the toon does boot.
I double checked the cable and as far as I can see there is no damage on it. Is there anything I can try?

You may want to check the output of the dmesg command. It should at least give you output like this (in between an awful lot of other stuff, immediately after startup):

Big change that the smaller ribbon cable isn't connected properly. You really need to insert that far enough into the connector.

That was my first guess. Appearently I have tried it so hard that I damaged the flexcable.
I cut a little off, and scrape a little of the plastic film off, put it in and it works like a charm. Thank you.
I do have some other problems. Should I make another topic about those?

Hi all,
I appearently broke the small ribbon cable while pushing it in too hard.
I fixed it by scraping a little of the plastic off a bit before the end of the cable, fold it and push it in. Now it works again.
I do have some other problems with my rooted toon.
Should I ask them here, or post another topic?
