The procedure stalls at INFO:rooter:Logging in to U-Boot

Tried it many times and doublechecked the wiring.

All help is welcome!

Please read the readme carefully. Especially the part where it says "Then make sure the serial port on the Pi is enabled and the serial console is disabled using raspi_config and reboot if necessary. " And double check the wires.

Ok then just try the manual rooting. You don't need the openocd which toonrooter does for you. Just use the simple uboot password for your toon explained in the manual rooting guide (here on the forum, somewhere on youtube and somewhere on another toon rooter guide on the internet).
My guess is that your TX cable just isn't working (our you are still double writing to the same console). Your RX is working fine (as the toonrooter can see your uboot version).

For your Toon only the 11 (RX), 13(TX) and 14(GND) is necessary.
Pleaes check again if you disabled the raspberry pi serial console and check the TX cable.
