How to convert TXT data file on Web graphic

Hello,
I have this problem:
By SNMP protocol and small program on C# I colect data form DS18S20 temperature sensor every minute and store in TXT file like this:
22,5 2009-11-21 01:01:31
22,5 2009-11-21 01:02:31
22,5 2009-11-21 01:03:31
........... etc.
I want to show by some graphinc on my web page but I can't find and easy program to conver it. I was try whit MRTG but I dont like it.
Is some have any idea?

Try Chartdirector, comes with lost of samples.
