I am using these components:
http://www.telec.nl/producten/p54131/sd ... ukker.html
and
Linksys PAPT2 ATA adapter.
But if I would start over again I would go straight for a decent VOIP solution. My system has been working reliable for years and is kind of universal, it survived analog to ISDN and ISDN to VOIP but now there must be better VOIP solutions.
Quick check on the same Telec website: http://www.telec.nl/component/page,shop ... Itemid,27/
Ethernet based video door bell

Re: Ethernet based video door bell
Is there anyone who looked at the Windows SIP clients to support this (question remiblum)?
I've found some SIP clients with video, however I don't know how to get a regular IP camera integrated in a SIP client.

This seems a cheap system. TCP/IP.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to reply about NovoSIP. The fundraising on Indiegogo didn't work out because it's not adapted to this kind of products, but there actually were several sales of the products, and people seem happy about it.
And it's sold in all countries, not only in France, you just have to add the shipping cost !

Hello,
I am Remi, one of the Oyoma team that manufactures the NovoSIP video door phone panel and we stopped the Indiegogo funding because our product seems not adapted to this (too expensive).
We have successfully manufactured some pilots and we will have the first 100 pieces to be sold in May. Don't hesitate to contact us on the web site of NovoSIP if you want a quotation or if you have some questions. I can also give all the details in this nice forum.
Just to remind the three main points of our sip video door station:
1. PoE including the door opener power
2. Raspberry Pi + camera
3. Piezoelectric call button (can be increased up to 12 call buttons)
Have a good day!
