Integration of Moeller with a touchscreen

Post by alekh604 »

Hi,

Can the Moeller RF components (xcomfort) be integrated with any of the touch screens available in the market. For ex pronto 9600?

Thanks

As long as there is a computer running a webservice that connects to xcomfort, it should be no problem. So for instance, if there is a xcomfort plugin/support for homeseer, it is possible.

Only interface that I have seen for the Moeller is the HomeControBox (HCB)
HCB has build in webserver

Snelvuur,

Thanks for the information. I will check with Homeseer if it is compatible with Xcomfort.

You can also use the HCB with Moeller
They have developed a special version for Xcomfort
For the hardware part they use a USB stick connected to the HCB...not sure what they have done in the software part.
