2 x SAIX12, without control copies status
Hi,
I just installed 2 new SAIX12 and now when I switch either of the 2 on, the other one follows after a few seconds.
I take it I need to change the house code of either of the 2, I just want them to independently switch on and off. However I have no way to control them yet, so I'm looking for anybody in the area who can help me with this.

You need to change the devicecode from 01 to 02.
What more X10 hardware do you have to program it with?

Re: 2 x SAIX12, without control copies status
Pieter,
The problem is do not have any control hardware YET. I do have Homeseer but was indecisive on whether to use X10 or Zwave, I needed to switch some lights with at least 4 switches at different spots and using a pulse switch this is doable with a SAIX12. Lateron I want to control these lights based on time, after a certain time only the downlight in my corridor will go on and not the spots.
I hoped the SAIX12 would not have this interference out of the box. Just hope someone with a PMIX35 wants to help me out.

Again, it has no purpose to use these SIAX12 if you have no other X10 hardware.
You can't control them with only Homeseer! Even if somebody else will program them for you.

Pieter,
Again, there is NO NEED to control them but locally at the moment. I need these units to allow me to use 4 Puls switches to control the light and as I did ok with only one SAIX12, I need to them to NOT switch on /off each other, which is what is happening now.

So sad that nobody here is willing and able to help out with something so simple, if you have the tools.

You can use my PMIX35, but you have to get it and bring it back yourself in Almere.

You can buy my PMIX35, its cheaper to drive and you can control it via your Homeseer.
