Mirror Demister

Post by AJTaylor »

Hi

I currently have LD11 DIN mounted Lamp Module connected in my bathroom so that I can dim the lights in there, the module is connected to a none latching pull cord.
I now wish to connect a Mirror Demister to the system, when the lights go on so does the mirror demister and vice versa.
Does the LD11 send out an X10 signal when on? If so I could connect a freestanding AD10 DIN mounted Appliance Module so respond to this X10 signal?
Or any other idea how to achieve this would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Andrew

The LD11 is a one way device, so when you use the local control there is no transmission of any code to tell anything else. Not sure what else to do, what pull cord do you have installed? If you got a double pole shower pull cord you could connect each pole to the local control of both the AD10 and LD11 and whilst they would be seperate they are being controlled from the same switch.
