A very cryptic question. I am not sure i understand your question but here's a try.

yes one is designed for 418 the other 310, the 310 transmits x10 signals, is it possible to change it at anyway to 433 for european use ?

Remove everything between and including Q2 and the antenna and replace that with the TX1 transmitter chip as described in the link that Ed gave above.
