In my homeseer I have about 8x MS13, where homeseer don't give a response anymore.
It changed from one to another day in my eyes. Several days ago.
The X10 transmitter is only who is not responding anymore. The X10 recievers are still working fine.
Where have I to look for, to get those MS13 working again.

Re: ms13 transmitter gives no response
Must com10 and com11 in the CPR Manager be installed as disconnect?
Is this the reason why I don't get anymore transmitter signals?

Tell some more, we dont know tour setting
Where are you receiving with?

Hi B.R.Wim,
The signals of the MS13-transmitter are received by the receiver.
What receivers do you have (TM13 or do you use an alarmset like SC2800)?
And what type CM-device are you using (RS232 of USB)?
Some suggestions (perhaps one of them will help):
1. In case of a CM11-USB you need an USB-driver.
In "apparaatbeheer" you can restart this driver.
2. You can try to control a device (e.g. an applaince-module) straight from a TS13.
Give them the same addresses (housecode and unitcode).
You have to find out the problem is in the Homeseercomputer or the 230Volt network.
3. Can you see any collisons (error-LED) on the Phase-coupler at the time the MS13 is switching?
4. Recent I had some USB-problems.
Then I installed an EXTERNAL powered-USB HUB. That solved the problem.
5. If you use Plugwise then it is possible that (probably after a windows update) the USB-drivers are damaged.

6. Reboot the Homeseer Computer

Re: ms13 transmitter gives no response
Homeseer is working at my home and I have a RFXcom. They were working fine since 2009. I have sevaral ms13 which are connceted with the rfxcom to homeseer. Since some days the lights aren't get a signal from homeseer anymore when someone is walking along the ms13 in the dark.
There are about 8x MS13 who don't work any more now at the same time. In the log of homeseer I see still the commands from the ms13. The lights goes on/off with plugwise conncetors. Where must I look to see, what is wrong. Is it the connection of the rfxcom or somewhere else?

Re: ms13 transmitter gives no response
It is not the RFXCOM receiver if you see the MS13 commands in the HS log.
Are the MS13 addresses in the HS log correct?
Are the HS devices created for those MS13 sensors respond correctly? (On/Off)
Another point, but first solve the MS13 problem before changing anything else: it is prefered to use the TCP/IP connection in the RFXCOM plug-in instead of the CPR. See also the RFXCOM User Guide.

Re: ms13 transmitter gives no response
Thanks for your information.
I saw that all plugwise modules are two times in the status in homeseer.
Restarting the computer give no change is this.
Deleting all the plugwise modules in homeseer status and restart the pc gives the old situation again. Only the plugwise modules have the "verbodsbord" in the status and not the lamp as symbol. But every plugwise is now one times in the status.
Now I look in my event and all connections of the plugwise modules are lost here. Was a nice work to replace them yesterday evening. But the ms13 are working fine again now.
Does anybody know why the plugwise modules are coming twice in homeseer and why the symbol change to a "verbodsbord" ?

Re: ms13 transmitter gives no response
When the Plugwise-server is not running then the "verbodsbord" appears in the HS-status-page.
Double Plugwise-devices means there is a little corruption in de HS-database.
