1 Wire temperature measurement with ds1820

Hi,
I would like some reaction from fellow colleagues about receiving measurements of temperature in different rooms.
Now I measure it with a 1wire network, and 4 pieces of ds1820. In my new home I would want to measure every room. Total 11 pieces and with a total length of 90 meters
How do you measure it, at what hight and how is your mechanical construction?
Are the sensors in the wall, in a junction box behind a switch, etc.
Do you use a loop or more (star network)
