Connecting Honeywell humidity sensor

Hi 1-wire experts

I have a question for you guys : does anyone in the forum successfully setup a HIH-4021 (Humidity sensor from Honeywell) and a DS2438 ?

I have been told the only way to make work the HIH-4021 is to use a DS2438, so I'm looking for a way to connect it to the 1-wire bus.

Could anyone link me to a connection diagram or something ?

Thanks !!

Is there nothing to tell about the HIH-4021?

Sure

This is a humidity sensor, made my Honeywell, my understanding is the probe is analog.

The sensor has 3 pins, + Ve (Supply Voltage 5v DC), OUT (Voltage OUT), and - Ve. The specs are fully detailed in that PDF (http://midondesign.com/Documents/HIH4021.pdf).

To make it work with the 1-Wire bus, I have told to use a DS2438, how should I connect to the DS2438 ?
Datasheet of the DS2438 can be found here : http://pdf1.alldatasheet.net/datasheet- ... S2438.html

Ok from the HIH4021 to the DS2438 :
OUT to Vsens +
-Ve to Vsens -
+Ve to Vad

Would it work that way ?

Thanks !
