I ordered this Ethernet device 8 inputs and 8 outputs for 114 euro incl shipping.
This device can be controlled with HTTP commands as well so it can be easily integrated in your HA system.
I will going to use this device on bwired and fllow up on this topic.

Now that looks really nice! I read you can use embedded webserver but also UDP to control; manual doesn't say anything about that. Do you have an idea about how to do UDP?

@Chak: Yes, thats why I ordered this, it's very simple to control the relay's with a HTTP command according the manual. It's the same command line the way we control the Plugwise circles. I will use this for resting remote my router (2xAdsl) controlling the timer of my ITHO house ventilator. You can also use it for door locks and what ever you want. These are all samples for the relay outputs, then you have also Digital inputs for all kind of devices.

@Robert: I have the same question as you have, in the specs I see UDP. I think I receive the device soon, get back on it.

Then I find it very strange how the Aviosys IP Power 9212 is put together, like 3 housing connected together with 2 rather large cables. There is 1 adapter (switched, i know the brand) and I expect that powerusage will be low. On the other hand the 3 devices are very small as you see o the photo with the adapter on front.
I think I will do some rearranging, but lets see first.
