It's mega slow here again :-(
Also had a 500 internal error just now.. failed to do the nodetest on time though...

Earlier this morning it wqas ok, now it's very slow (5-10 seconds). Also got the following:

Service Unavailable

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

NODE2 (again)

Update now somewhat better NODE5

Thanks all
Nitroserve is working on this.
As I told they upgraded the Loadbalancer which really worked!
The performance was very good, even Eric was a bit happy :)
Keep posting here this will help Nitroserve as they are reading this topic too.
I'll keep you posted

Well if they read this too, i think because of all the suffering we as users have , the forum should be hosted free for a year!

ugh, I'm still stuck on NODE1 it seems, and still have problems:

thanks for posting
Im still busy with Nitroserve top optimize the stability.
Its much better then it was before and the performance is OK for most of the day.
But sometimes, allmost one or more times a day the server gives the above errors for a short while?

Ok last one was explainable.... Maintanance :-)

In de nacht van 22 op 23 oktober zullen we onze database capaciteit gaan uitbreiden.
Momenteel hebben we in ons cluster systeem 1 database server welke zowel MySQL als MSSQL verzoeken afhandelt.
We zullen in de nacht van vrijdag op zaterdag een extra server in het netwerk gaan bijplaatsen welke alleen MySQL verzoeken af zal handelen, de bestaande server zal dan alleen MSSQL verzoeken gaan afhandelen.

We zullen met dit onderhoud beginnen om 00:00 en de verwachting is dat de werkzaamheden rond 01:00 afgerond zijn.

Tijdens deze periode zal de MySQL service tijdelijk uitgeschakeld worden om geen dataverlies tijdens het kopieren te riskeren.
De MSSQL databases zullen gewoon blijven draaien.

Ook zal de load balancer opnieuw geprogrammeerd moeten worden om de databaseverzoeken bij de juiste server te kunnen afleveren.
Het opnieuw programmeren van de load balancer kan resulteren in een korte tijd dat zowel MySQL als MSSQL onbereikbaar zijn.

Na bijplaatsing van de extra database server is er niet alleen 2 keer zoveel capaciteit voor databaseverkeer, ook zal de MySQL server een stand-by MSSQL server worden en de MSSQL server zal stand-by gaan draaien voor MySQL.
Dit betekent dat in het geval van ernstige serverproblemen in een van de servers, we snel de stand-by versie kunnen inzetten als tijdelijke buffer totdat de oorspronkelijke server de taken weer kan overnemen.
