Setting Fibaro RGBW module to 0-10v input

Post by edek »

Hi,
I've been using a windsensor in combination with a Fibaro RGBW module on a Fibaro HC2 system, but I am now switching back to HS3. How (and which parameter) do I set to make one of the input/output channels a 0-10v input? In HC2 this can be done from within the graphical interface, in HS3 I have to set a parameter. Can't figure out which one and to what value (and 1 or 2 bit, in hex or in dec etc).
Thanks.

Manual?

14. Inputs / Outputs configuration - relevant for main
controllers other than Home Center 2 only

The manual also links to this where u can just read what to do :D

Yep, do know how to use Google, tell me what you make of this:
parameter 6: it's almost always value 0, doesn't matter if it's in, out or rgb. This only changes something regarding brightness, tried it of course but still only have output channels in HS3.
parameter 14: interesting table, all values are from 0000 to 1111. What value do I need to set then? Maybe it's me, but this is very unclear (changing values doesn't suddenly gives me an input channel in HS3).

Table:

I must say: the manual seems to be updated, there's an extra table with more values, where param 14 needs to be 1000 to change the device to input (all channels?). Does not work for me though, only multilevel switch channels are visible.
Any help is appreciated.

If you have a look at the updated manual you will see that you also have to set parameter 14. The problem is that the value that needs to be set is not allowed.

I will issue a bugzilla ticket for this
