Device status - Last Change

I`m having some issues with the "Last Change" values in HomeSeer which seem to causing event issues
The following event is running once every 15 minutes
The device Douche Ventilatie is powered on at 07:00 today, but the last status change is Today 14:44:28 so i don`t think the "has been On for at least 2h,45m,0s" state wil ever be true
I think this issue occurs as soon as en event is active for the device (I also see this same issue with an opentherm device value)
The following event is running once every 15 minutes

IF The event will automatically trigger every 15m, 0s
AND IF 1e verdieping Douche Ventilatie has been On for at least 2h,45m,0s
AND IF 1e verdieping Douche Douchelamp has been Off for at least 15m,0s
Then Set Deviec 1e verdieping Douche Ventilatie to Off
Then Send Email about it
I think this issue occurs as soon as en event is active for the device (I also see this same issue with an opentherm device value)
