Hi,
I have a homeseer server with the webinterface enabled. Can I have a different (web)server with HTML that includes 'on/off' buttons to turn on/off lights?
In other words: it would be great to design my own website with lightning control and use the homeseer webinterface to trigger the on/off commands?
Tnx

Use HomeSeer webinterface to turn on lights?
Hi,
Let me first say i don't know Homeseer at all. But i would try to look at the source of the page and try to find out what posts are done when the buttons you're interested in, are clicked. Or check the log files of the webserver that hosts Homeseer to see what is happening when you click the buttons and try to emulate that in your own pages.
Regards,
Robert.

You can call certain on/off function via a html link. Although its possible (check their forum) its totally not user friendly.
I only used rover (free addon) which is 10times more easy and user friendly for me. (not all the other crap) when i used it.
