You could program your own webbased touch interface in Javascript/Ajax. Like some of us did for the iPhone. I am this type of interface also on my iPad.

I was thinking of that too but i thought i might be better of asking it first.
Why re-inventing the wheel again, right? :)

Do you have som sample code to start with?

Our HSTouch Android client is in development now and we should have a beta ready in a couple weeks. FYI More information may be found here: http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=140422

I know, i am watching that thread for months now. Getting a bit tired of waiting since i ran out of excuses to my wife why the tablet still hasn't a descent display. :(

Besides that, i think that HSTouch is far to expensive for me.

Two things:
  • The Android development work didn't begin until July. So, it's only been two months! We're making very fast work of it, considering that.
  • If you already have HS2, you should consider upgrading the HSPRO while the current promo is in progress. The upgrade is $200 off and only costs $249.95. Just add the $449.95 upgade to your cart and apply coupon code: HSPRODISC

A quick follow up: The Android client is now in beta testing and will be released shortly. Here's a video preview of the new client in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptXGd2EBSz8

Sorry macromark but i can buy two 10" touchscreens for that amount.
I still find that rather expensive

Hi, Maybe you can use Touchpad it's a free plug-in in homeseer.
I use it to control my home with my symbian phone it works fine for that.

Regards Paul.
