stupid...but am asking anyway

Post by nawikre »

Hi guys,

i have not worked with rfxcom in a while...because everything just works....I just bought those perfect oregon thgr238 sensors and want them implemented in homeseer.

I added these without any problem in the input devices, but i forgot how to get them on the status page displaying the humidity and temperture.
I already read the rfxcom manual item 7 ....but this is what it says...

7. Configure devices in Homeseer
7.1. Add an Oregon sensor
• Go to the RFXCOM Input Dev. Configuration page and click Clear Heard.
• Select the channel (if appropriate) on the Oregon sensor.
• Insert the battery in the Oregon sensor.
• Wait until the sensor has sent an RF packet. (normally a few seconds after battery inserted or
after a sensor reset)
• Click ADD on the RFXCOM Input Dev. Configuration page and add the Oregon sensor(s)
found.

But what now....i am a bit stuck
greetz,

Iwan

Sensors you add appear on the Status page (if the sensor is not hidden, which is true for the battery sensor)

I guess you'll need to add a device for each: L, T and H :-)
