Rfxcom receiver problem

RF receiver is not responding on visonic rf signals.
The option get receiver function is working (F020)
no response was after changing the option in homeseer to W800.

Please send a copy of the RFreceiver screen to support@rfxcom.com with all the RFreceiver data from the next actions:

start RFreceiver
connect the COM port
select Variable Mode
select Get Software version

Hi All,
My RFXcom is working fine again. (after support call)...THANKS[:)]
Problem was the Baud Rate button (don't use)
Don't use means don't push..[:o)]

to get it work again do the fallowing
Connect the com port at 38400
click Toggle baud rate
disconnect
connect again the receiver with 4800 baud.
