Most affordable way to measure power consumption?

Hi. There seem to be a number of commercial devices which can measure how much power your house consumes and display it on a fancy display. I'm not interested in the fancy display, what is cheapest unit I can buy that is supported by domotiga. My preference would be a wireless solution? I'm currently using 433mhz rfxcom.
