Application in PHP

Hi
I've just received the rfxtrx433 and would like to create my own application in php and can't manage or find a way to communicate with the device. I contact the company for the sdk and gave me a link from where I downloaded a pdf with guide how to build the codes and vb scripts for rfxmngr.

the rfxtrx433 is working together with my raspberry pi and with Domoticz worked perfecting. But i would like to create my application ideally in PHP but any help even in Java is appreciated

Can someone get me started pls?
