Networx/Caddx wireless sensors

Post by Templar »

Hello,

I've bought a RFXtrx433 USB 433.92 MHz Transceiver recently. I used it at a friends house who has a Networx security system with wireless (433,92 MHz) sensors. I assumed the Networx system uses the X10 security protocol, but RFXmngr didn't receive any X10 data. Even with "undec" mode on no signals were received. I did managed to switch klikaanklikuit plugin sockets.

Are the Networx/Caddx 433,92 MHz wireless sensors detectable with the RFXtrx433 tranceiver?

When i google for the Networkx i found some plugins for controlling the alarm panal using a serial plugin

http://code.mios.com/trac/mios_caddxnx584

So i don`t think wireless reception of the modules will work
Running HS3PRO on PC with Z-Wave / OpenTherm / Plugwise / RFXcom / MQTT / XAP400 / Logitech Media Server and Squeezelite on PI`s

That plugin handles a connection with a NX-584 HOME AUTOMATION MODULE with has a RS232 connection. I am referring to the NX-408 /NX-416 / NX-448 wireless modules which are 433.92 MHz Transceivers.

I wonder if the RFXtrx433 can recieve (undec) data send from Networx/Caddx/GE/Interlogix/Hills/DAS 433,92 MHz sensors.

Networx/Caddx is not in the list of supported sensors.
See chapter 2.2 in the RFXtrx User Guide
