I have 2 of those, bought them from a guy on Marktplaats.

The controller i have has exact the same text on it as the one you linked to.
I also bought some of the RGB strips from him, 1 was different from colour as the other 2 and he immediately send me 3 new strips with an envelope (with stamps) to return the others.
So the service is ok!
