@r_255: Good to hear it works with all of them! ;-)

@niknik: Well the important thing is that you're back. There has been a lot of cool stuff happening on the forum lately, as you've probably noticed. Good luck with your kitchen.

@Bwired: Hehe, check your mail.

Hi Killerawft,

This program is not ment to be double-clicked. CCCP is a command-line tool, so it needs to be run from inside a DOS-prompt (aka DOS box) or via an external program of your choice (like Homeseer) that can do that for you. And you need to type in 'the codes' (aka arguments) BEFORE running te program.

-To open a DOS window go to:
START/Run...

-Type:
cmd
-Press ENTER

Now, in the DOS box go to the folder where CCCP is located. And run the program with the 'codes' (aka arguments) of your choice as described in the manual.

Hey Esterban i tried the Tool the last days out and programmed my keyboard to controll my controller, but i cannot turn on the first program on the second button. i used the argument cccp 3 0 0 0 21 203 and its also decribed in your manual like that. All the other programms and keys and everything works great but not that.

@ybjlus: Not with CCCP, but using the app (CF_edit) supplied by the manufacturer you can change some of the preset slot settings and save them back to one of the preset slots on the Chromoflex. Keep in mind though that it is all fairly limited.

There is another (more obscure) way of scripting some more what kind of effect you want, but this isn't really documented by the manufacturer. Have a look at the other app bundled with CF_edit named CF_Composer. The .eff files it uses are some kind of scripting language giving more flexibility in what you can store in the preset slots. I have no further info on that though as I never really researched this too extensively.

@Killerawft: No idea why it isn't working for you. Maybe re-check if you're in the right 'mode' aka not in 'custom mode' or put it under another button just to be sure. But the command works fine over here, I re-checked it, to be sure.

Maybe, for some reason your 'slot 2' is empty or corrupt on the Chromoflex? Can you start 'slot 2' with the remote or directly on the chromoflex via the wires on which you can connect buttons?

Esteban,
Is there a seperate code to turn the chromoflex off?

With the IR remote its possible to turn the Chromoflex off....

Hi Pieter,
To my knowledge there isn't, so no. Myself, I turn it off using a z-wave module.
