Can the Philips TSU9400 be used for controlling my x10 lighting through (433) RF?
I own a 'old' TSU700 but it can not do RF over 433 since it was an US model. Through a Marmitek IR converter i can control my x10 devices but only when i am pointing straight at the converter which really sucks and does not seem to be very reliable.
I am looking for a RF solution but as i have read the new generation of pronto's (TSU9600, 9400, etc) does RF over 2,4ghz.
Is there a way to use the new generation of Pronto's with all my X10 devices?
Can TSU9400 and X10 be combined?

No, because the TSU9600 does not have RF.
But you can use the Wireless Extender RFX9400. The Pronto Remote and the Extender will then communicate by Wifi. Then you can connect a IR cable from the extender to your Marmitek IR converter to control your lights.

ok, thnx for your reply!
just to be sure,do you mean that i finally can place my (ugly) ir7243 in a closed cabinet and by using an IR cable with an 'eye' i can transmit the IR signals from the extender to my ir7243?
