Hi all, my remote has the first three positions not working (only some days, batteries already changed). They don't feel my fingers touch. I can not open chassis , is there a way to open without damage it? Thanks

Found a solution! I was a sort of sw crash, i left it without batteries for one day , and now it works. cheers, lorenzo
