Discrete codes for IR trans

Post by Jeroen Bartels »

Can anybody tell me how to input discrete codes for IR trans into the .REM file? I found a very long (pronto hex) code for turning on a Sony receiver one remote central (0000 0066 0000 000d 005f 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0030 0018 0018 0018 0018 0017 0018 0018 0018 0017 0018 0018 002f 0429). But when I look into the existing .Rem files there are not that long codes in it.
Maybe somebody can explain how the .rem files are built up...

Thanx Robert,

Strangely enough I did a search on IRtrans but this topic did not come up...

Hmmm, I must be a Domotica Dummy after all becasue I checked 3 times before making the statement and it took me a fourth time after Pieters reply to find out there were 7 result pages instead of one... [:I]

I forgot that sometimes too, the little listbox. Found a lot so I think its time for a separate forum on the IRtrans and other IR things.

update: I have added the Irtrans together with the Pronto and other remotes. It's always possible to chnage it again once the amount of posts are growing.
