I know there are a few people who are using the GreenWave device (1 port and 6 port) and one of the biggest irritation is the blinking of that darn green light! The green lights starts flashing when the Z-Wave controller doesn't communicate (poll On/Off/Watt/kWh/etc) to it in the last 2 minutes.
It is possible to extend this value to 255 minutes (disabling doesn't seem to work), which is a veryyyy good value to prevent the blinking in 99.9% of the cases. I did this as follows:
- Open DomotiGa
- What until the Z-Wave controller is fully initialized
- Go to the Tools -> Z-Wave Commander
- Click on your GreenWave Node
- Click on the "Config" tab (see attached screenshot as example)
- Enter "1" in the Param field
- Enter "255" in the Value field
- Hit the "Set" button
- That's all

Re: GreenWave PowerNode - Disable blinking
Great News, I was going bonkers over this. Now I can sleep without having to tape over the module.
Re: GreenWave PowerNode - Disable blinking
You're welcome, and yes, i did also put tape on it ...

Re: GreenWave PowerNode - Disable blinking
finally!
gone is the stupid green blinking light.
Is this a one time thing? or do I have to do this every time Domotiga gets restarted? or after each power loss?

Re: GreenWave PowerNode - Disable blinking
This value is stored in the GreenWave device, so you can start DomotiGa as manyyyyy times as you want. I also unplugged the GreenWave for 20 seconds from the socket, and the value stays on 255. The value seem to be stored in permanent memory of the device, which is good
