Support for IRTrans LAN without database

Post by Irritanterik »

I'm currently using Homeseer, but want to switch to DomotiGa.
On my DomotiGa-environment I have a problem communicating with my IRTrans LAN interface.
Connecting works well, but i can't send or receive IR-commands, because my device doesn't have a database on board (type IRT-LAN-Mod).
Is it possible to implement support for this IRTrans version?

Did you manage to collect any more information already like example vb or C code, protocol description?
The price is a bit steep, so I have to code something without have a device.
Regards, Ron.

Hi Ron,
I found chapters 10 and 11 in this manual: http://www.irtrans.de/download/Docs/IRT ... ace_EN.pdf
At this point i'm not very familiar with linux. I found also some linux drivers: http://www.irtrans.de/en/download/linux.php.
