Max water temperature Floor underfloor heater

Hello everyone,
New here while searching for information on my newly installed Plugwise system. I have been searching but the search terms are so regular that I find too much and everything seems irrelevant to my question.
Simply put: when the living room needs to heat up, 60C water flows into my underfloor heater system which is way too hot. I think the safety kicks in too. I can't seem to figure out how to regulate the water temperature flowing through my underfloor heater.
The old thermostat valve had a sensor stuck into the pipe to measure the water temperature and was able to regulate to 35 or 40C. How do I do this with Plugwise Floor?
Thanks for the help!
