newbie plugwise install

I am installing plugwise right now.
But circle + is ok , but i don't see de other plugs.
Is this not automated or must i do this by hand?

when you install the program, you should see the other ones..

what i did is just stick them all together, and then in a power socket.. pretty funny because you can hear them switch on, then the next one , etc etc..

how long dit it take to see all the circle's

This depends on location and other RF systems
+/- 15 min...if not you can reset them and try again.

Yeah, make sure the other ones are pretty close. At least in the beginning. Then you can start moving them around to see if they keep their connection. If you have a larger distance between 2 plugs (for example one in the attic and one on the ground floor) you might have to put one in the 'middle'.

Nice suggestion Snelvuur! Never thought about that.

I have all circle nr entered in de configmenu.
Now i am waiting in the "select moduled menu" to see of the circle's come online. is that de right procedure?

Yes
after 15 min..your must see them all...else reset the plugs that your don't see online.

45 min later no plugs alone the circle+ and the stick.
And the al the plugs are only 1 meter away from de + and the stick

Pffff calling the "helpdesk"
After reset off al plugs no result.
Only the circle + is responding

are the plugs working? as in if you put a lamp in one of the plugs, will it go on?
you should also be able to hear a 'click' when the plug turns on or off.

I'm happy plugs are working!!!!! reset (not waiting for the klick)
was the solution. Now the next step, let it work with homeseer.
