Plugwise Source software

I ,am very pleased with the plugwise plugin for homeseer.
But the Source software is not very stable, is this right?
Server part is strange, many time,s it stops and go's but when it startup again always with admin account.
Anybody a solution?

If you need to run an application with administrator rights (without granting the user admin rights) you could take a look at http://www.mast-computer.com/c_9-l_en.html but this is really just a bandage for a flaw in the design of the application.
Ypu could also try to extent the right of the user on the folders and registry keys from the application but this is sometimes a time consuming approach and since runs as is not to expensive the choice is easy made.

It should be empty "User and pasword" but every time it takes admin.

just erase user and pasword and don't look again
