Plug dead?

Plug dead?

Hello

My plugwise set arrived yesterday (1 Home Basic + 1 Home Extension). Started to test inmediately and everything working. Some coverage problems in the 1st floor in my house.

Today I have had a surprise when arrived home. My home server was out. After doing some investigations. Decided to disconnect the plugwise plug and plug the server directly to current.

The Circle plug is completely unresponsive. Even there is no characteristic "click" when you plug to current.

I have tried to reset it , but no luck...

Is the plug died? It is just one day working!!! :shock:

I think most defects are on the first day or after the warrenty period. Try to contact plugwise.
