Plugwise Server not working anymore

my plugwise server stopt running
the error line :could not find a part of the pad D:/.......filetypes.txt
cant read part of mymetypes
how to solve this?

Don't know the error.
Possible options
Backup the data and reinstall source software.
Or contact the Plugwise helpdesk
