suddenly one of the plugs stops responding. Source and firmware already updated and the plug is showing the latest firmware BUT i caný control the plug from the source or HS. Also the plug is not tranmitting any date (does not show current use)
I tried a plug reset but i'm not really shure about the correct procedure. Am i correct that a plug reset is the last thing to try before caontacting plugwise support?
edit.
You just won't believe it. After 1 week not responding the plug suddenly went alive, almost right after i posted. I think it got scared

Re: plug stops responding (SOLVED)
I'm running latest source & firmware (2.15(20100328.0 / 2009-09-08). Plug was only 3 meters away from the other plug's (for the firmware update last week) and only 1 meter away from the stick.
But as said, somehow it suddenly worked again like it should.

Re: plug stops responding (SOLVED)
Ok so the new firmware 2.29 is still not available from Plugwise I see.
I'm running it in Beta for a while now together with source 2.16

Re: plug stops responding (SOLVED)
Hm? Did they change the format of the firmware string? Source was something like 2.xx and the firmware looked like a date string.

Re: plug stops responding (SOLVED)
OK my firmware is from 27-4-2010 and is called 2.29 but I guess its not visible in the source.
Re: plug stops responding (SOLVED)
i got my firmware info from a screen in the source (nstellingen/apparaten) left screen and then scroll to the right.
