Data solarpanels plugwise

Post by Wim2008 »

Since begin 2011 I miss some data formats from the solarpanels in the plugwise software. I can only read the data out from the solarpanels in hours. No information is given in days, weeks, montyhs or years anymore. Al other devices are given the data well.
Can I correct it by my self or is there something else ?

Maybe it has something to do with the new firmware from begin this year? My solar info shows perfect in Plugwise. Did you change the date on the right side? Sometimes I forget that to!

Thanks for your info.
I had taken a date in the past but only if I choose hours I get graphics to see.
If I take days, weeks or years, I see nothing as I take the same period.

I know plugwise has now also a special circle for solarpanels. I think the circle has a special firmware.

Thanks for the info about new cicles.
Could it be possible that at the time the new cicles are introduced, the old cicles have got new firmware, where you don't get the information as before?
I have only older cicles and the devices with those cicles give al the information, only the solarpanels don't do.
I alread send several emails to plugwise, but I got no answers from them till now.
Has someone a email adress from plugwise, where I get a positive sign from the plugwise people?

I was about to tell you to mail Plugwise, but they are not ansewering you tell?
Reinder on this forum is from Plugwise, normally they react and specially on support mails.
Normally you have to check the circle in the source software if its a circle that is counting back.
Could have something to do with each other.... Agree

Till now I heard nothing from Plugwise or from Reinder. Perhaps the 'carnaval' is a now the issue.

Is it possible to call plugwise?

Carnaval is a party, where a lot of shops are closed.
That is no problem, I think.

Carnaval was not the issue. Meetings around Europe where the problem
The "new" circle could not be the problem. With the new firmware, measuring the solar panels must be no problem.

The only thing I can think of this moment is the tariffs. Could it be that you forgot to fill-in the correct production tariff for this year?
Than it can happen that the graphs are not there....

Everthing is fill out well 2018.
Below are some graphics where you see my problem. If you choose hours everything is give well.
I you choose days or weeks, no graphic is shown. See graphics below.

Just got phone contact with plugwise helpdesk. The source I use was old. I had plugwise 2.15. Better was to use 2.16 or 2.17 beta, specially made (for me?).
They also asked after nothing has changed, to send a backup from my file. I just did.

In HS all the plugwise modules are now given as a 'verbodsbord'. Is it possible to change that easely?

I got today a new email from the Plugwise helpdesk.
I made a mistake in the software. Reinder was right. I missed 1 tarif of the two. I didn't see the second one.
I'm sorry about my impatientness. I get bad feelings if somthings isn't work fine and I don't know how to solve it.
But everything is working fine now. Also with the new plugwise source 2.16 everything is running very well now. All graphics are shown, also from the solarpanels.
Also the connection is HS is repaired with help of people in this forum.
Thanks again.
