It might take a long time (upto 15min in my system) before the Sense is received by the Circle+.
You might try to have the sense in another room with no movements, meaning the Sense is in watching mode.
Now start Source and enter your code to look for.
Next walk into the room where the Sense is to generate a movement event.

The Sense should be seen now. Something like this worked for me.

I think you are talking about the Scan and not Sense.
The Sense is for measuring temperature and humidity.
The Scan i did'nt buy, only the Sense.

Lose the A in front of the code next time, above the big letters there is a serial that ends with a 1.
U should have got a paper with the sense that tells u to do so, atleast i got one with my scan.
Also u can double click onbekende so u see the unknown modules.
But beware that u need to be 150% sure there from your setup.

I got 7 sense's and best pratice for me is to activate the device after 2 minutes with the (pretty) hidden button to get connected.

Sometimes i had to do that for 3 times before you see the questionmark disapear.

Also helps to first fill in the numbers, then put in the battery.
Otherwise it can take 10 minutes for source to find them.
