Is it possible to buy these in the UK?

I have some built-in appliances in the kitchen that it would be impossible to plug a circle into without it pushing the appliance massively out of position. I think a stealth buried in the wall and linked to a slave plug would be just the ticket.

The "slave" plugs are "normal" circles, the "master" plug is the Circle+ (or the Stealth)

Circle+:
ZigBee Co-ordinator (ZC): The most capable device, the Co-ordinator forms the root of the network tree and might bridge to other networks. There is exactly one ZigBee Co-ordinator in each network since it is the device that started the network originally (the ZigBee LightLink specification also allows operation without a ZigBee Co-ordinator, making it more usable for over-the-shelf home products). It stores information about the network, including acting as the Trust Center & repository for security keys.

Circle:
ZigBee End Device (ZED): Contains just enough functionality to talk to the parent node (either the Co-ordinator or a Router); it cannot relay data from other devices. This relationship allows the node to be asleep a significant amount of the time thereby giving long battery life. A ZED requires the least amount of memory, and therefore can be less expensive to manufacture than a ZR or ZC.

Red dots = Circle or Stealth
Green dot = Circle+ (coordinator)
Blue dot(s) = Stretch 2.0 (or any ZigBee router) (could be a coordinator, if there is no Circle+ around?)

as far as i know every circle talks to other circles and relay data to other circles
every circle functions as a router

Agree with Akatar on the various modules talking to each other.
As a matter of fact the Stealth is just a Circle without the plugs to connect to your wall outlet, functionality is the same as a circle.

The Circle+ is the one talking to your stick and 'there can be only one' to use a well known line.
