KAKU ACDB6500

Hi,
I want to use de transmitter-part of the KAKU ACBD 6500 doorbell. I did some google-ing and found out that I need a relay when i want to connect this to my existing doorbell (12v + gong).

Can anyone point what relay I need and how I connect this ?
