HSTouch unable to connect

at startup hstouch is giving the message unable to connect.
Folowing the help i assume i have to have the hstouch plugin in homeseer. Cannot find this.
Another strange thing is that i have a registration code but wher to put it?

Na de installatie van de plugin kun je dan ook je licentie invullen.
