I'm looking for a method for building the the IPAD in a kitchen cabinet.
I know this video on youtube the WAF factor of this mount is ZERO.

Stainless steel frame will be the best to use as frame..since the other kitchen machines are also made from stainless steel
Any tips, ideas are welcome.

The Ipad will be build in a door of 45 x 60 cm

I like it. Looks really good. Too bad that there is no charging in the case. You always have to plug in the cable.

Price is $ 500

That 500$ price just annihilates the great price-point that an iPad can offer as a 'cheap' touch controller...

Btw, Have you checked that stainless steel on the iPad doesn't cause the same problems we had with other capacitive touchscreens with rvs frames?

Formica has some nice rvs looks and can is relative easy to cut
http://www.formica.eu.com/publish/site/ ... metal.html

together with the connector in this usb loader : http://us.kensington.com/html/17448.html wich is hook shaped ( haaks dus ) so it doesnt add much more in its width than the thickness of a print ( when you get ride of the housing of the loader)

Something that still is in the back of my mind...
