I'm thinking about using HS2 and the Aeon Labs "Gen 5" Z-wave stick.

Are those compatible?

If not, what is the alternative? (note that I will migrate to HS3 in the next 5-6 months)

I use a Z-Wave.me UZB with HS3. It's working fine. But I am not sure it will work with HS2.

I don't know about the new Aeon.
