Z-wave replacement for Marmitek Universal Module?

I'm trying to switch from X10 to Z-wave. I have several Marmitek Universal Modules UM7206, which basically provide a potential-free Open/Closed contact. This contact can be either momentarily (few seconds) or permanent.(This module also gives a nice loud beep when activated, but I can live without that).
Looks very simple, but I cannot figure out how to do that with Z-wave. Any suggestions?

Have a look at the universal binary sensor of Fibaro

Qubino Flush 1D Relay?

Thanks for the suggestions.
If I understand it correctly the Qubino relay switches 220 Volt ON/OFF and what I need is a voltage free ON/OFF contact. I could of course use the Qubino output to switch an ordinary relais but that's one more component that can fail, and it's not very elegant.
The Fibaro binary sensor could do the job, I think I'll try that one.

The Qubino 1D relay also does voltage free on/off. Otherwise I would not have suggested it :)

Well, I said "if I understand it correctly" :) So thanks for correcting me Stefxx.
I trusted the Robbshop website where it says: "De qubino modules schakelen altijd de aangesloten spanning (220V). Fibaro z-wave modules kunnen ook spanningsvrij schakelen".
I did some more google searches and it appears this information is indeed incorrect.

Update:
I ordered the Qubino Flush 1D . Works fine right out of the box.
I guess the Fibaro binary sensor could have done the job as well, but it needs an extra DC power supply which for me was less convenient.
Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
