i have recieved those a couple off weeks ago , not tested yet.

Sorry to bump up this old post, but I'm still after a way to get this to work.
What I need 1st is the M28 to M30 rings.
Anyone here who might know where I can get this?

The ring is somewhere at my desk together with the valve

Is this still the way to go, or is there by now a better way of doing this?

my opinion just 2 choices

1) replace the complete valve within a default size ( we did it in the complete house 13 times)
2) take a ring

I am looking for a M28 to M30 ring too, having someone replace the whole valve costs 150 euro's or so...

Sooo... where to buy one?

150 euro is to many
Properly the valve will cost you around 30 euro.
1 hour for installation work ( maybe 2 ) will cost you 30 till 40 euro/ hour.

The adapter ring is a special order by " warmteservice" and will cost 4 to 5 weeks. ( around 15 euro)
