Eminent EM6581 going blind after a day or two

I have bought a Eminent EM6581 and added it to my HomeSeer setup and this is working fine. But after a day or two the unit goes blind. It is not sending any updates to the network and i need to "factory default" and add it again to get it working again.

It this an HomeSeer issue or a faulty module ?


p.s. The module is equal to an Everspring SP814 and is reported as the following device
