Visonic Powercode protocol description

Trying to decode messages from my visonic mct-302 sensors using arduino. I'm able to decode sensors id (24bit), it's the same as showed by rfxcom transceiver.
But the rest part (12bit) is not clear for me. Because my sensors and sensors of my neighbors show completely different bits for alarm state? Is it possible to find any documented version of powercode protocol? Especially description of 12bit message data.
